We are very pleased to announce that for the Vision Buxton Members’ Tour of 2018, we will be heading to Bradburys Cheese packaging factory in Staden Business Park. We will be given an introduction to the company with a Q&A, shown around the factory and taste some their award-winning cheeses.
Originally founded in 1884 by the Reverend William John Bradbury, the company has been owned by the Paul family since 1994. They moved to Staden Business Park in 2003 investing £2.3m in buildings, packing equipment and technical systems.
Vision Buxton has not been to the facility before but this tour will continue the tradition of visiting local factories and places of work, following our tours of Tunstead Quarry, the Buxton Water Waterswallows Bottling Plant and the Health & Safety Laboratory in recent years.
