Vision Buxton Board members, Roddie MacLean and Philip Barton, together with retail member Matt Nuttall from Potters of Buxton, recently met with representatives of McDonalds and their PR consultants, BECG.
Initiated by McDonalds, this was essentially a forum for them to make their case for the development and the following documents were presented for information.
It was clear that many aspects are open to variation and there seemed a genuine willingness to listen and adapt the proposals in light of local circumstances and reasonable argument.
