The organisation has two sub-groups – Membership and  Marketing.  Directors  involved with these groups report back to the board on a regular basis, but do not necessarily chair the committees.

The Membership Group tries to ensure that Members are provided with value for money by organising Networking Events and Workshops etc, whilst the Marketing Group maintains the extremely successful 'Visit Buxton' website and strives to bring together everyone working in marketing in Buxton to the benefit of the town as a whole.
